Google Shopping: Compare & buy App Reviews

I ordered something from Walmart on google express; however, I needed to return an item. I printed the label and sent out the package on Dec 15 2017 and the package was delivered to the address provided on shipping label two days later. But on google express, the return status still shows awaiting package, even until today (January 24,2018). I have contacted google express multiple times through emails but no one could do anything but tell me the return process might take longer than expected or they will get back with me when they have new info. There’s no way I could contact Walmart myself and get my refund. I have no idea what to do and the customer service doesn’t help either. So I suggest not to use google express if you’re going to return anything, you might end up in my situation and lose money.

Lots of options and good prices and discounts found here. I was having a difficult time with the filters though. You have to scroll all the way to the top to get to the filters, which if you’ve gone through a lot of products can be pretty far. Also, there was no filter on the shoes section to change between men and women.

Great and fast service

Contrary to other reviews the prices in the Target store are less than on the app in most cases at least for my normal items. I love the ease and convenience with the app but don’t understand why the prices should be less at the store?

I absolutely love this app. It gives me ready access to stores which I would have to drive a long way to shop. I like being able to search items and compare the prices across all the stores. I’ve found the prices the same as on the stores’ websites. Shipping has been fast and the orders have been completely accurate. Love it!

App worked flawlessly. Walmart, Costco, Target all are there ? I see it as an alternative to Amazon, where you do not have to pay the Prime membership fee. Also works with google home Highly recommended app.

Works great. I’m sure you can find things that are on sale other places for less, but for me it’s about time spent shopping, gas and having a baby. Makes life a little less complicated.

Items arrive beyond the expected date

Honestly, Google Express looped me in with a stellar deal. Then they shipped me the wrong item. Put me through a heck of a lot of hassle for a return. And I still havent been credited my refund. Then they have the audacity to tell me its MY fault there is any issue. Nobody I have spoken to in the Customer Service Department has showed me any level of competence nor a little compassion for what I am going through. With Amazon being as awesome as they are, Google doesnt really have room for this type of error. Will never use this service again.

I’m new to the app and only used a couple times but the prices seem good....haven’t seen extravagantly higher prices.......but I don’t have to get off the couch and it’s totally worth it so far!!

The store is not all there witch limits your choices,I would use it more if everything was available. If it all items were available I would not have to look elsewhere like Amazon.

I use Google Express because of the built-in Google Home shopping list feature. It’s very nice to just say “Hey Google, and dish soap to my shopping list” and have it dropped on your list for you. That’s where the nice part of using this app ends for me. You cannot adjust the order of items in your shopping list in the app. You can try, and it will appear the new sequence works, but the next time you load the list it will reorder seemingly randomly. If you view the list online, it has its own order that cannot be changed either.

The app is fine, customer service is a joke and they charge you after you get your things. Not the most sound of business plans I would think, but it was just strange to experience on a user level after ordering two CASES of energy drinks. They kept changing my shipping date and every other person told me “it’s the original order” “it’ll be a replacement order” get your stories and systems straight. I’d be happy with their service if they were honest and could keep their information straight.

I discovered it initially when I was searching for a Happy Planner and it had by far the most inexpensive one!

App will not let me enter my Costco membership number.

I love Google Express!! It’s convenient and a blessing to mom who has a whole bunch to do!
