Sub Par Service
The app is fine, customer service is a joke and they charge you after you get your things. Not the most sound of business plans I would think, but it was just strange to experience on a user level after ordering two CASES of energy drinks. They kept changing my shipping date and every other person told me “it’s the original order” “it’ll be a replacement order” get your stories and systems straight. I’d be happy with their service if they were honest and could keep their information straight.
