First of all when you place order it wont tell you if the item is available until you add it to the cart, secondly, after you place your order and wait for it to be delivered, order status goes to "REJECTED"!!! What the fark is Google doing? And BTW, the mark up compared to Costco in store is about 20%.

The orders are processed vey slowly. Always shown as in process in the first few days, then get cancelled after a week because of OOS. Worst purchasing experience ever.

It’s ok. I downloaded it to check it out. Honestly I don’t see myself using it much. It’s mostly grocery store stuff it looks like and I order some of that online, but I find it easier to get it when I am out. Helps me avoid becoming completely anti social since we are sharing this rock with 7 BILLION other people. It’s also not as fluid to use as amazon. Seems like a nice app, but not as useful and not my go-to like amazon. Nice try google, but you’ll have to do more to stop amazon from taking over the world. And by more I don’t mean using drones. Why anyone wants drones flying all over he$$ and back I’ll never understand. You don’t need detergent that f$cking fast.

I have had 3 orders cancelled on me because they find out they are out of stock a couple days after I placed the order. I was hoping for a better alternative to Amazon, but this is just outright horrible.

I bought a Cisco membership to use with this app and now this app won’t let me add my membership number.

Every time I tap go to checkout, it says an error occurred. Why do you need a shopping app when you can’t buy anything?!

No more carrying home heavy items. Express is both cheaper and more convenient for me.

I only order when they send me $20 off $50 coupons. I’ve ordered 3 times (diapers + wipes from Costco) and brought the price down from $64 to $44 and free shipping. Totally worth it but only with the coupons.

Normal retailers such as target, Walmart do NOT charge tax on gift cards since you pay tax when you use those gift cards to purchase something but apparently Google Express does, talked to customer service about this and they simply told I did NOT know about tax laws, so I drove to my local target to buy the gift cards I needed with no tax and no problems

We aren’t in igloos and ride moose. We have those stores up here. Why can’t we use the app?

My first order was products from Target. They cancel some item reason was item not available. Direct site these are available. On top of Google don’t have control and they don’t know where is order. There is delay and they have no tracking details and have answers that it will deliver next business day. From last three days I am waiting my order. Yes it is delayed from last three days and still no info when i will get it.

Google express has nothing available like the actual apps do or store it limited and you can’t buy anything you want it is a shame to use amazon is far better . DO NOT USE

Shop online at costco for the same great prices and cut the drive and the line at checkout. Enjoy the time with family.

Easy to use

There’s no variety, the prices are higher than the actual stores and even if you choose a store to buy from it goes away and gives you merchandise from different stores which defies the purpose of hitting the minimum for free shipping, I just wanna use my $25 coupon but even with a discount it’s impossible to find a good deal, will be deleting the app after that and never use this service again. Terrible.

Used a $25 coupon, the item didn’t arrive because it was out of stock, no notice of this until delivery day and nothing arrived. The coupon is gone, and there is nothing much worth buying within the big stores. I’ll stick to the actual sites from now on. Waste of time, honestly can’t believe google would launch this app without more items and backup from the stores involved.

Order some musical instruments. Ive been with Google since the beginning and I do a lot through their apps. This service is a nice addition and finally available in my area... Ill update for sure...
