I used Google Express to get essential items from Costco for my small children. For a parent, this is a huge time saver. The items showed up in huge cardboard boxes with tons of plastic insulation even though all of the items have their own boxes! Incredibly wasteful for a next generation tech companys delivery service. Also, they left out the most essential item so thr whole order was pointless to begin with, as I now have to make a trip to the store anyway. Google, youve done amazing things, but this service has a way to go.

Excellent for sending care packages to my kid away in college. Send items to Grandma from a distance. I love it! I made two friends download the app for their kids away in college. PERFECT! AJ

Like all things Google, it works best when you search. Thats good for a lot of things but not always for shopping. Sometimes I dont know what I want to buy. Beyond that, this is very much like Amazon Prime. Similar annual fee, quick shipping and product fulfillment from stores I like--and at no premium for pricing. As a Costco member without a car, I like having this to order big stuff without at no additional fee. I wish they supported Apple Pay but we all know thats not going to happen.

Absolutely useless in getting my orders delivered on time. It takes 3-4 days on average for them to actually deliver my orders because the delivery company they use has difficulty finding my building and skips delivering my orders. I rarely have this issue with Prime Now! Ive waited 4 days for a Costco order, contacted customer service, and all they have done is issued a refund. Guess thats them telling me that I will need to make the trip to Costco myself!

I dont know how they manage to keep this up at such a good price for us, but please continue! I hope in the future they will deliver more frozen and fresh items. This is an amazing service for moms, people who work late/graveyard shifts, and people who dont have cars. Thank you so much! Major bonus, the delivery guy was super hot ;)

Holy cow, I cant believe how awesome Google Express is. Seriously, I feel like I have a personal assistant and am able to get so much more done on our farm, now that Im not running into town for items. Love it!

Found this service convenient. Would have liked to go back and add something I forgot but ended up having to make a second order with delivery fee. Also, would have liked some sort of confirmation and warning of what time the delivery would be made.

Initially it was possible to choose a 4-6 hour window for deliveries and the service was useful. Now there is a 14 hour delivery range and my packages are arriving at 10p.m. after many phone calls from the delivery service. They have also begun using extra unnecessary packaging and it is disruptive to receive huge absurdly overpacked packages at 10p.m.

I place orders at least once a week and always receive my purchase the next day. When google originally launched you had the option for same day deliver and a time slot which I preferred. The only time I had any issue is the time I had a delivery sent to my office and the driver had a hard time locating the building. Other than that its been a very convenient and hiccup free service.

I search for body wash and it shows something else

I got a promotion from Costco and I tried to use the website, google gave me an error message (saying theyre having technical difficulties). Trying to expedite things, I download the app and find the same glitchy thing. How convenient is a shopping app that doesnt let you shop? I literally could have driven to Costco in the time I spent using this convenient app. Please fix!

Missing deliveries without any notice is so not cool, my time is worth as much as yours. This service used to be fantastic I dont know what happened vanishing delivery window, vanishing products and terrible service. I hope they get back to when they first launched

I have always liked Google express, but some stores that are commen they dont have. For example, wallmart. And they dont even have all the products at the store.

Im a Google Home customer and have been waiting for this integration with Google Express. Ordered my first items last week and they came right away! I love the selection of multiple stores and the ability to store our loyalty numbers. Fantastic service!

I ordered a product from Google on Google Express and paid for same day delivery and the product was never delivered and support refused to refund it.

Google prides itself in anticipating user needs, simplicity. This app is a mess.

I really cant express enough how much I despise this app. Google Keeps shopping list was elegant, feature-rich, and allowed you to have multiple lists instead of just one. Google Express is just one big, ugly, glaring advertisement with very little functionality. I hate this app with all that I am.
