My order was cancelled twice. Both times it was because the items were out of stock, even though it shows in stock weeks after the cancellation. Its a waste of time to call Customer service , their apologies and understanding is un genuine, its like they are reading the same handout "Tell the customers that you understand" . CS "leads" are worse, specifically Jeff M. , he is condescending and rude and spoke to me in slow speech, he didnt start out speaking slow so it was obvious he was speaking slow on purpose. I have tried to submit a complaint but was told by other csr that cannot be done, i asked for The name of his (Jeff Ms) supervisor and was told that they do not give out that info and that his supervisor "doesnt speak to customers", and that says it all . When you submit your order , even though you receive an email stating that your order was placed , that doesnt mean its in stock, it takes a couple of days (business days) to know for sure . From my cancelled order , one item was in stock, carmex lip balm ( i ordered it so i would get free shipping) , and Google express even got that wrong , i got carmex in a pot( you have to use your fingers) instead of the lip balm.

Certain things are just slightly over priced and others are about the same as our store prices. I love not having to go to the stores for things like laundry detergent, toilet paper...etc and for the same or a few cent more SO AWESOME. Yes I do recommend!!!

Need to make coupons stackable. Should have done the different prices disclaimer out of the bat. Returns should have pickup free of cost for valid scenarios

This is such an awful service. Very limited selection, prices are quite a bit higher than in store too. Customer service is non-existent. If you buy an item with a promotional coupon such as the recent Walmart $25 offer, you will lose that if you return the item. Unbelievable that this service could survive in the age of Amazon. Avoid at all costs.

First time I used it and the products I wanted were available. Seems a bit more expensive than in-store items but convenience can’t be beat. Hopefully the order will be on time and correct!

Great selection and very easy to use.

I’ve been with Google Express for about a year (since they first came to my area) and it was awesome at the beginning. Prices were same as in store, free shipping at $15 and coupons galore. Prices jumped probably about 20% recently and now one has to spend $35 for free shipping. Ugh! I mainly use Google X for Costco shopping, which comes from Chicago although I live in eastern Michigan so therefore I pay higher prices AND higher taxes as well. So even with a coupon sometimes I’m paying more than going to my nearest Costco, but I guess convenience comes at a price.

Although there are several big merchants accessible through this app, including big box stores like Costco, their selections are very limited compared to their selections when you access their websites directly (and not through this app). There are some offers currently going on, like $15 off a $55 purchase, but other than that, I see no reason to use this app.

But seems like less selection then stores own app. However nice promos helps cut down on weekly drives

I’ve only used it twice now and I love it so much. My first order was from Target. Prices were the same as they would be in the store, so that was nice. The only thing with this purchase was I had two items that were “sold out”. I was not informed of this until after I made my purchase. However, I did get credit applied for those two items and received my package the next day! My next transaction was from Walmart. I also received the package the next day!

It winter on 12/22/2017 and just discovered that the heater that. Have been waiting on was coded as delivered by UPS. We have NOT received this item. Looks like **google express** has a long ways to go before they catch up with Amazon. At least Amazon replaces items that were paid for.

Tried twice, both orders have multiple items. It’s so disappointing that both of them have a part of the order got cancelled at the last moment. The second order is even ridiculous that one of two same item got cancelled due to oos. To me I think Google Express could do much better for near real-time stock tracking. Or at least I should be informed oos of certain item short after the order has been placed, instead of being noticed until the whole order is shipped. Very bad feeling about the experience.

I’ll admit I was skeptical. When I first downloaded it I thought I’ll never use this because I have amazon. Well placed my first order tonight! Saved over $20! Thanks Target. AND somehow they’re getting it to me tomorrow! FOR FREE. The same product on amazon was too late for next day delivery and as I said over $20 more expensive. So I am impressed. Times have changed as we all know and we want convenience and a bargain. Tonight this app delivered both so I’ll be back. They don’t have everything amazon does, but there is a lot on here and someone obviously REALLY wants a slice of Amazon’s pie. Healthy competition is good for all of us!!! Now let’s “Bring it home to the USA” like Walmart used to do. Anyone else remember that on their mudflaps? I do. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN! Sorry I had to. Hope I upset some snowflake. : ) Remember our $20 TRILLION debt isn’t Trump’s fault! In fact nothing that is wrong is his fault because he’s never held public office so blaming him is like blaming a newborn for WWII.

Ordered some Xmas gifts for my son and the order was cancelled. I did not receive any sort of notice that this had happened. It didn’t arrive today and I contacted google and the rep could care less. She had zero solutions or empathy. This concept is good in theory but poor in execution. Uninstalling.

Google Express has been the fastest shopping service I have ever used. The only thing that took the longest to get to my house was one week. Google Express has been easy to use so far and I am very happy about how many stores are available with this service. Google Express definitely eliminates the drive I would usually take to go to a store.

If you are one of those whose work hours are a bit hectic then this app is for you. You can shop for basically anything now that Walmart is on board plus if you have a Costco membership it will save you all the time and hassle of dealing with parking and long lines. Definitely a must have!
