Do yourself a favor & use Amazon instead. With Google Ive had issues with items being left out, mysteriously delayed for multiple days, or never showing up at all on 5 out of my last 7 orders. That means 5 separate last minute runs to the store for items I had already paid for, couldnt cancel, and couldnt get refunded for because it was "past the cutoff point for a refund or cancelation". Instead you have to wait for delayed items to arrive, file a return, and then wait another 10 days for a refund. So silly. And customer service is an absolute joke. They try to resolve issues on $100 orders with a $10 credit. Its ridiculous. Will never use again! Amazon Now all the way from this point forward -- Ive literally never had an issue with them.

Its been a life changer since I found out google express could deliver Costco, vitamin shop etc. the only recommendation would be to deliver the groceries as well!

Google chrome has a barcode scanner with which you can scan UPC barcodes and search for house hold items. It would be great if we have the same barcode search on the Google express app as well. Thank you.

This fits the bill, when you dont want to navigate the crowds at Brooklyns Costco.

Easy to use app and good shopping alternative for busy lifestyle. Highly recommend.

Every order either never showed up or was late by multiple days. Total garbage.

Too convient for me as a college student

The things you can buy on here are exactly what you can get from amazon. You cant buy perishables from grocery stores, orders can take a week or longer, and my personal experience is that even though items are available when you order them, they have to physically pull them off shelves in stores, meaning their inventory is unreliable, and you might not get what you ordered. With amazon you have the same things, cheaper, in two days delivered. Even if you order before a holiday weekend. Its gimmicky, unreliable, and no where near convenient. Its paying extra for impulse buys. Save yourself the trouble and just order from the stores directly.

A. Prices are the same as in the b&m store, so this eliminates a drive. Have zero clue what people are talking about as far as "increased" prices. Perhaps its a regional thing? Not happening here. B. Packaging is adequate with "RECYCLABLE" material. C. Delivered in a timely fashion and tracking is accurate. Box may come a little beat up but it seems contents arent damaged. Plus when they ship liquids they seal tops with tape and bag it in another bag in case it gets damaged during shipping. D. Limited selection. You cant get everything thats offered at your local b&m. Plus I believe the order is filled at a distribution warehouse outside my state according to tracking origin. There was one order I had that included electronics just shipped in factory box, which I thought was not enough protection considering the fragility of the product. Overall I would use this service considering the convenience of not having to drive. BUT there are still things I need at Costco that requires a visit that EXPRESS doesnt ship. If I noticed an increase in local price, out off all my times Ive visited the b&m store, Id mention it.

Completely unreliable. Nearly every order is misdelivered, not delivered, disappeared, cancelled, late, and many more descriptions that equal the order not arriving. I foolishly keep trying it and getting the same lousy results. Never had these kind of problems with amazon. Google express is truly hopeless and will only bring irritation.

First order got cancelled because it went out of stock; hours after I ordered it. Well, at least I can say I gave them a chance. Back to Amazon!

Obscurely raised all prices when the took away the annual fee, some items are quite a few dollars more, now you will pay much more. No wonder they gave 25% off coupons. Im heading back to old faithful Amazing amazon, where you pay your annual fee, and get PRIME. They dont raise the prices, and you dont have a $35+ minimum.

While this used to be a great utility, the raising of prices is obscured. No wonder you add the $25% off coupon; to try to keep customers. I remember the commercial advertising Google shopping express to bring you workout clothes if you forgot them at work. Thats hardly the case. You have to wait until the next day AND now you have to spend $35 for free delivery. Should have known it would not last. Also- think of all the paper and cardboard wasted on all packaging. Thanks Google

They sent me an email saying no subscription needed anymore just order $35 or more and delivery is free. But, all items are way overpriced. Nice try google.

Now they have free shipping but have bumped all items up about 15 to 20% more than what they are in the store. After I use my Groupon, Ill delete it from my phone.

Costco prices used to be the same if not less than warehouse prices with fast and super low shipping costs (when factoring in cost per delivery with super heavy and large items delivered via UPS or FedEx at $10/mo). Now prices have shot up dramatically across the board, but its understandable considering Google was probably losing money like crazy on shipping and other overhead costs. Still a tough pill to swallow after being spoiled with the lower prices.

I always thought it was odd that this app for iOS worked sooo much better than the app for Android. Shouldnt it be the other way around? How is it, that the app for iOS runs so much more cleaner. I can stay much more organized on my iPhone, because I can drag items to sort my Shopping List. Well, bad news for me, my iPhone wont drag items anymore, but my Samsung Galaxy S8 can all of the sudden. Then I read about tons of other changes that are not good. I mostly used google express for costco This app is practically worthless for me now that costco prices were significantly raises

I dont need to go Costco now.
