No need to go to Costco now but need iPhone X full screen fix

Their inventory is not accurate. Two of my orders are cancelled saying they don’t have inventory. But the items are still showing as available in the catalog. ?

This app jack up actual store prices. Also their customer service is bad.

Ordered a bunch of stuff on my phone and two days later it showed up in four large boxes. What more do you want?

It is easy to make orders but sometimes it is hard for me to find some items in certain store.

Definitely makes Costco, Walmart, and Target more accessible. I like that I dont need a subscription.

My only issue is with this app is the Google express customer service area they have no idea what theyre doing over there when it comes to support they had sent me to google wallet for a payment problem and the lady to pick up the phone sent me right back to google express and then Google Express and write back to google wallet so I think they need to work on their customer service and I also had a problem with the delivering didnt give me a tracking number they postpone my delivery without even telling me and its a pain in the butt so theyre only way to make me feel better was to give me a $10 off coupon off of my next order??? I will totally never do this again is the last time I order anything from Google express I will just download the actual merchant app and order from there and have a ship to my house at the time that I choose not because they want to postpone it to be. ill just stick to Amazon!

I got this app because Google stopped using Keep to house our Google Home shopping list. Its basically Google trying to compete with Amazon Prime, without the Prime benefits. So disappointed! We started using Todoist for our shared shopping list instead.

Google Express - I have been a avid customer since your beta days. Not anymore! The pricing policy of higher prices than in store is not transparent and in many cases exorbitant. Just one example - Kirkland Bath Tissues are $21.99 on Google Express and $15.99 in store! Be transparent with your customers and be reasonable. Otherwise there are many other options to shop online!! Making your business model work is not the customer’s problem - don’t solve it at their expense!

Ordered on Costco from Google Express for Nature’s Own Honey Wheat Bread which Costco only sells as a 2 pack for @ $5. Google Express delivered only 1 loaf of bread and when I contacted customer support on the error, they said there’s nothing they can do since their system has it priced $5.48 for a single loaf of Nature’s Own Honey Wheat Bread. They wouldn’t issue price adjustment or offer to ship the missing 2nd loaf of bread. They told me to just package it up and return it for a refund. My two year old is now crying without his peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Another example of their ridiculous price markup is for a gallon of Great Value Distilled White Vinegar priced $2.48 on Walmart app but it’s $3.28 through Google Express. That’s a 32% markup! Even after you using their 25% off discount code, you still pay more than buying direct. I can go on and on with examples but I’m sure it’s not hard to compare prices yourself to see what I mean. After realizing all these price markups and experiencing the poor customer support, I will not be using Google Express to buy anything even with a discount code.

If you look for items on the Walmart app there is a GREAT selection. If you look for the same exact items in the Google Express/Walmart app (this app) you can’t even find the same items.

I like ordering from Costco but prices are much less if I go inside Costco stores. I was excited to use this service but no anymore. My items delivers always late and what’s ridiculous is the driver asking me to help carry my things inside my house. So if you want to order bulky and heavy items go for it but if you need it right away just make the trip to the store.

We’ve been using Instacart so I just compared google express to Instacart. None of the items that we order at Whole foods are even available on Google express.. When I comparedPrices at Costco versus a recent trip to Costco most of the items were not available to order through Google express and those that were appeared to be marked up between 15% and 50%. I hope that they can increase their inventory availability and decrease their prices, but until they do I will be staying away

If Google Express delivers fresh grocery like produce, dairy and meat, this would be the only online shopping app I’ll need, Amazon would be down:)Sorry Amazon. Definitely hope there will be more stores join in!

I boycotted amazon thx to their continued advertisement on breitbart and this has been a good alternative. Not as much selection, but everything comes in 2 days usually. And their list is expanding. Plus they shop from local small stores too which is nice. And the ease of getting Costco stuff without having to go to Costco as often? Priceless.

I was super excited to discover this. I found, however, that the options are much limited compared to whats available directly from the store online (in this case, Wal-Mart). It was easier in the end for me to go to Wal-Marts website and order what I needed. They also offer free shipping for orders over $35 and the selections are much better for the same items. I deleted the app from my device.

On most deliveries something is out of stock, it was better when you could at least choose a backup. Now they just don’t send it, but still expect to pay the minimum shipping charge. If you are ordering multiple items needed for a recipe, don’t count on everything showing up. I would prefer the entire order get canceled if everything I order is not going to be delivered, but that’s not an option. Searching within a single store is difficult, it keeps showing search results for all the stores. Lastly many, many, prices are incorrect in the app. Orders keep getting canceled and then I get told that the prices weren’t wrong and had to cancel the order.

Google express is absolutely useless without Costco.

Very disappointed in Google! Was a huge fan and big customer. But after dropping the membership fee, theyve chosen to make up for it by increasing prices on paper goods from Costco by 40-50% compared to in-store prices. paper towels are $15.99 in the store, $21.99 on Google Express. Bathroom tissue is $16.99 in the store, and $22.99 on Google Express. Same for paper napkins. Wont be using it any longer for any stores after being a big fan and advocate since its launch.

Work fast. Well. Very relevant suggestions.
